Want a chance to try out your Works In Progress on an audience of professional filmmakers and get valuable feedback?

FOMO is happy to host Firewood Studios for their third Work in Progress (WIP) Screening. This is a place for you to showcase your unfinished work and ask for feedback on edits, storytelling, and craft. It might be ungraded, unmixed, or an even a first cut – no matter how messy or scrappy, it’s a great place to be able to ask questions to a supportive group of other working filmmakers about what’s working and what’s not. Professional filmmakers are welcome to submit films, or to simply come along and watch, network, and support their fellow filmmakers.

The team at Firewood Studios will be selecting up to 6 films of 15minutes or less to share at this screening. The session is open to all working filmmakers: Directors, writers, sparks, composers, or any other professional (no students, sorry!) looking to screen a short, music video or commercial project. The line-up for this WIP Screening will be announced soon!

Schedule

• 7pm Doors open for you to grab a drink at the FOMO bar
• 7:30pm Screenings and feedback session begins!
• 8:15pm Break
• 8:30pm Screenings continue
• 9pm Further drinks and mingling round the FOMO bar
• 10pm Event Close

The event is supported by both FOMO and CVP who will speaking a little about the amazing work they’re doing. Spots are limited, with priority on both screening and audience spots going to FOMO members. Sign up now to avoid missing out!
